So no more waffle from me here is my Project, I have to say i'm a little proud of this one

                          The Book I also made myself with my Bind it all 
                         Flowers were die cut as were Speech Bubbles
              Ribbon from my stash as is handmade with love hand on jump rings

This is a book i have made as im about to embark on a journey of weightloss & Healthy lifestyle this is to help concour my Diabetes that i have just been diagnosed with and i have an ongoing Thyroid problems which keeps making me put on weight so im trying to conquour that as well so as of 1st March it all begins
