Here is my Card 

I decided this time to make a card that had some relation to something im going through at the moment, In January i was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and hopefully it has been caught in time and i maybe able to do something about it for the long term, Im trying to control it with Diet and lifestyle at the moment and it is being monitored on a regular basis, So fingers crossed i can beat this.
